Adjoining the owners house, the cottage is set on the fringe of the Lake District National Park, 4 miles from Penrith, 5 miles from Ullswater, 14 miles from Keswick and 40 miles from the Scottish border/Hadrian's wall country. Super fitted kitchen, large lounge, choice of double or twin beds, spacious bathroom with bath, vanity unit and walk-in shower. Outside patio area and off-road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets. Pub 1/2 mile.
