The lookout sits above the outer harbour and is adjacent to the coastal path as it winds out of Porthleven. It has stunning views over the harbour, along Porthleven beach and out to sea.
To make the most of this vantage point the lounge is located on the first floor. The remainder of the accommodation consisting of two bedrooms (king size and twinned), kitchen and bathroom is on the ground floor.
there is easy access to the village facilities - including 3 pubs, many restaurants and shops etc.
