Our cottage is situated in the beautiful Vale of Clywd Ruthin is situated just 30-40 minutes by car from the countryside of Snowdonia, the North Wales coast and the centre of Chester ideal as a holiday base.

The town is steeped in history boasting a Castle where you can book your medieval banquet and the recently restored old Gaol is worth a visit.

There are excellent walks from the doorstep, and there are plenty of local pubs who serve good food, the nearest one being just 10 minutes walk.
