Our lounge has log burning fire as does our hall way and these are lit on chilly evenings. The hotel directly overlooks lake, forest and mountains. We are totally non-smoking and have off road parking for 25 cars.

Situated in the conservation hamlet of Near Sawrey, next door to Beatrix Potter's house 'Hill Top' it is ideally placed for touring the lakes or just relaxing.
