Our five hundred year old Grade II* listed thatched farmhouse and its associated cottages form an enchanting private hamlet, nestling at the foot of the National Trust's Dumpdon Hill, East Devon, England. Our seven self catering cottages have been furnished and equipped as you would your own country retreat.

We have seven cottages sleeping two to eight persons. All are furnished to the highest standard. Two have AGAs, three have whirlpool baths and all have power showers, handmade wooden kitchens, dishwashers, videos, CD players and much more. We have endeavoured to provide all the essentials of modern living as well as some of the luxuries. Also available for our guests use are our luxury ozone-treated indoor swimming pool, games barn with table tennis/pool tables, children's play area with swings and slide, barbecue, croquet and putting lawn.
