A charming 250 year old house set in the Mendip Hills in a village location between Bath and Wells. We have 2 village inns, serving excellent local ale and evening meals within very easy walking distance. Lilac cottage is an ideal touring base for Bath, Wells, Cheddar and Wookey hole. The Somerset seaside and levels are a short drive away, great also for Longleat and Glastonbury. Stonehenge is a 45 min through the beautiful Somerset countryside drive from here.
