South Wales, Brecon Beacons and Glyn Neath

By Anonymous - 26th of January 2007

If you are an outdoors person who likes walking and beautiful scenery I would suggest South Wales.

From Swansea in particular you have easy access to the Gower peninsula, the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons.

Glyn Neath has some wonderful river and gorge walks with waterfalls.

Moving further west you can head to Pembrokeshire which has very a beautiful coastline and beaches similar to the Gower peninsula.

If you do go to the Gower head off to Rhossili Bay and Worms Head, you won't be disappointed with the views.
